Meet Keuka.

Great listener. Avid bird watcher. Sensitive tummy.

"I was excited to try PUPPO because there was someone to help when I had a million questions, and it helped me pick out the right recipe and feeding amount right off the bat." - Kristen B.

Things started off great with Keuka, but then she started having loose stools and diarrhea. I was able to fix it with some pumpkin, rice and yogurt, but it just never seemed to get better. I got her tested for parasites and a UTI and all were negative (thankfully!).

So Lynn helped me change her diet to a Lamb recipe. After a few days of transition, we were sleeping through the night again and I had poop I could actually pick up! I'm relieved to be back in a better place and Lynn and I have a plan to start adjusting things over time to fine-tune the right recipe for her.

Lynn really spent the time getting to know me, my dog and her nutritional needs. The vet is great with testing for clinical issues, but Lynn was really helpful in sorting through some practical solutions and a bit of trial and error.

There are so many opinions on the interwebs, and sometimes you just need a really experienced person to help you cut through the noise.

Meet Sophie.

Spoiled poochie. Couch surfer. Treat lover.

"Having Lynn available to help us troubleshoot Sophie's weight gain realtime was a real game changer. The advice and tips we got from the PUPPO team made a world of difference." - Nichole B.

Sophie stayed with her grandparents while we took a long trip, and she put on enough weight that it was visible over FaceTime. And she picked up a new habit of not eating until someone put shredded cheese or beef broth over her food!

When we got back the amount of treats and human food dropped off quickly, much to her dismay. After talking to Lynn, we put Sophie on a weight-loss formula with lamb and rice, but Sophie wasn't a big fan. Collaborating again with Lynn, we switched her to the salmon and lentils recipe. While it wasn't a weight-loss formula, Lynn helped us adjust the portion size and she started to lose weight at a healthy clip.

PUPPO's customer service was a huge help for us. We had lots of questions about her eating habits and how to manage exercise, and the experts were always very responsive with great advice and tricks. The team gave recommendations when we wanted to change up Sophie's food and the whole subscription process was effortless. Plus, Sophie's nearly back to her goal weight!

Meet Remi.

Daytime snoozer. Working girl. Water dog.

"We knew we had to get Remi back to doing what she loved best. PUPPO helped us develop a plan to get her there. And, the regular check-in's with Lynn were a great added bonus." - Brenda H.

Remi loves to go hunting with dad. She would spend her days hunting and sleeping extra hard at night. During her off-season, she slowly packed away a few extra pounds.

The top picture is Remi lounging on the kitchen floor before starting PUPPO. She was at her heaviest and spent a lot of her time on the cool tile floors at home.

We worked with Lynn and her team to find a recipe that Remi would chow down while trimming up. Lynn also suggested doing some training during her off season to up her exercise game.

The bottom picture is Remi back down to her goal weight and doing what she loves. Down 8 lbs. and looking so much happier and healthier! Just look at that smile! We're so happy to have healthy food for her.

Another thing I’m happy about are her bowel movements. She used to go from being really constipated to having loose stools when being very active. Now, she has no poo poo problems at all!

We had been in the habit of taking Buzz on walks and to the dog park in the days before our region went into lockdown due to the coronavirus. Once lockdown happened, it became harder to make sure Buzz was getting regular physical activity and we kept feeding him as we always had. By summer, I noticed he was looking a bit round. Plus, being our first (and only) dog, we do have a tendency to spoil him with treats. At least, we used to; not anymore!

Once the vet told us he needed to lose some weight, we began to reduce the amount we fed him based on guidance from PUPPO. I made sure to get him out for a good walk at least once a day, and my husband takes him out when he can as well.

We stopped giving him treats except at bedtime. We saw his weight drop a little once the feeding changes began. It's been a slow process, but we're getting there!

Brian will be 15 years old this month and he has been such a big part of my life for so long, that it’s hard to choose one thing to describe him.

The last year he has lost most of his vision and his hearing, and he has also become diabetic. He has always been a very energetic pup, but in the recent years he has physically slowed down tremendously.

Even with all of that going on with him, he still finds joy in so many things. He still loves playing with toys, spending time with his newly adopted 4-legged sister, finding sun spots to lie in, gazing out the living room window, sniffing for squirrels in our back yard and running the fence with the neighbor dog.

FUN FACT FROM PUPPO: Brian is an original PUPPO subscriber and the most senior pup enjoying one of our plans. He's kinda famous around the office and has oodles of personality.
